Are you a subscription service?

Yes, we make It easy for you. Just set it and forget it!
Your subscription will auto-renew on every 7days from your first order.
when you’re charged for the following week’s delivery via weekly.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Billing
You may change plans, menus or cancel your subscription at anytime
after your first weeks order delivered.
Just make sure you get changes in before your recurring payment date for
the automatic charged. Or
Email to us anytime before Friday 1:00pm.
and our customer service team will get you sorted.
When will my credit card be charged?
Billing
Your credit card will be charged automatically every 7days from your first
order date. Ex) If you order on Thursday 8:00am, your next recurring
payment will be made next Thursday at 8:00am. If you need any changes,
Please do so before your recurring payment date.
Order & Shipping
When do I need to place an order by?
Order & Shipping
You will need to place an order by Midnight on Saturday to receive the
following Week's delivery. Weekly order cut off every Saturday 11:59pm.If
you need to change plans, menu or pause, Please do so before our weekly
order cutoff or you may do so before your recurring payment date to avoid
auto charged.
Our shipping plan begin every Monday for overnight shipping.
which will arrive to your residence or office by 9pm on Tuesday. Order after
order cutoff date will be delivered week after Tuesday..
Is there an order minimum?
Order & Shipping
No. There is no minimum order on our meal packages and there is
also no commitment.

How does Zip banchan Korean food delivery service work?
Order & Shipping
Sign in and take a look for the updated menu and plans that fit to you and your whole families.
Menus change weekly or seasonal so that you can experience a variety of oriental foods. You can change your delivery plans or skip weeks as long as it’s before
the order cutoff day and time.
A week’s worth of meals are delivered straight to your door in an insulated box to maintain freshness. If you’re not home when they’re
delivered, meals stay chilled until you can put them in the refrigerator later that day. All our meals are made-to- order and arrive cold unless noted.All meal labels include
consume by dates. Meals are delivered ready-to- eat or ready to cook when you are just ready.

How much does shipping costs?

Shipping is always free and
Package will be shipped in fully insulated box.
Which carrier do you use?
Order & Shipping
We ship packages via Fedex overnight or Ontrac.
you will receive an email from our shipping providers
with a tracking number that will allow you to locate
your box while it’s on route to you.
Do I need to be home for receive the delivery?
Order & Shipping
We currently do not require a signature upon delivery so the box will be left
in front of your door. unless you prefer otherwise. but please place package
into the refrigerator as soon as possible. Delivery time schedule is varies
on your shipping address. Usually all delivery made by 9:00pm
on Tuesday. Latest delivery attempt it no later than 9:00pm
Are your meals shipped frozen?
Order & Shipping
All of our meals are shipped cold on purpose, unless noted. Once your meals are prepared and cooked, they are immediately cooled and sealed using modified
atmosphere packaging (MAP), which removes the oxygen and replaces it with inert
gasses to ensure meals stay fresh for as long as possible. Once your meals arrive, it
depends on menu items but they stay fresh for 3 to 7 days in the refrigerator. All meal labels include consume by dates.
Will My food stay fresh in transit?
Order & Shipping
To keep your meals cold and fresh throughout their journey to your door, we use a
insulated foil box liner made of 100% recycled material and pack each box with non-
toxic, non-hazardous gel packs. All meals are designed to stay at or below 41 degrees
until 9:00pm on the day of their arrival. As our meals are perishable, please place them in
the refrigerator as soon as you receive them to ensure maximum freshness.

Why organic and Chemical-free produce?
Products
We made a decision early on that we were going to use locally grown,
seasonal, organic and chemical-free produce in most of our meals.
By doing so we are ensuring you and your family receive the highest quality
produce available.
By using locally grown food we ensure the produce is fresher,
is grown for our current season and full of nutrients and we can continue
our efforts to support our local farms.
Our meals are some certified organic and some are not. because we don’t
believe we need to pass that cost on to you, the parents.to get the
certification on every products.
Are there any preservatives, additives, thickeners, artificial colors or MSG Zip Banchan?
Products
There are no ingredients in our meals that you wouldn’t have in your fridge.
Our meals are natural as possible.
As we are a freshly cooked on site and ship out to you same day of
cooking, there is no need to preserve or add anything we can’t pronounce.
We are producing something we would be 100% happy giving to our family and myself. Never added MSG.
How long can I keep a toddler meal in the refrigerator?
Products
Our meals stay fresh for 3-7 days in refrigerator. depending on the menu.
Or you can store them in the freezer up to 2weeks after it’s delivered to
you. All our meals include consume by dates on the meal labels.
Are your containers BPA
(Bisphenol A) FREE?
Products
Our containers are BPA free but not microwavable.We've been trying to look for safest containers over years! and current containers are it is. it's not breakable during transit and easy to keep foods in correct temperature in insulated box.
Bisphenol A aka BPA is often found in food storage containers, including
plastics and cans.
it is a chemical that acts as a synthetic estrogen and endocrine disruptor
which can be harmful to children.
Our container is also safely be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher and
able to be recycled under some recycling programs.
